At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded packaging, ensuring all certificates and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
